When I think winter, I think ice wine. On Saturday, February 18, from noon until 6 p.m., the 4th Annual New York Ice Wine Festival will be uncorked at Casa Larga Vineyards (2287 Turk Hill Road). The event allows participants to indulge in New York State ice-wine tastings, live entertainment, gourmet food, winery tours, and live ice-sculpting demos.
